Making meaning of experiences that change us
Some experiences reshape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Whether those experiences arise through natural medicines, breathwork, spiritual exploration, grief, healing work, or major life transitions, integration is the process of bringing insight into everyday life.
Shared Ground offers preparation, facilitation, and integration support grounded in relationship, reflection, and ethical care.

What is Integration?
Some experiences reshape how we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Integration is the ongoing process of making meaning from those experiences and carrying their insights into daily life.
While often associated with psychedelic experiences, integration can also support spiritual experiences, grief and loss, major life transitions, identity shifts, and other moments that invite transformation.
Pathways for Support
While every journey is unique, support is generally offered through three interconnected pathways.
Preparation
Clarifying intentions, exploring motivations, identifying supports, and building resources before a transformative experience.
Facilitation
Natural medicine facilitation offered within Colorado's regulated framework through partnership with NeuroAlchemy.
Integration
Making sense of experiences through reflection, meaning-making, embodiment, and practical application.
How This Work Is Held
Integration is not a formula, a protocol, or a process of extracting the "right" lesson from an experience. It is a relational and deeply personal practice of making meaning, honoring what emerges, and exploring how experiences shape our lives over time.
While natural medicine experiences are one pathway into this work, integration can also support spiritual experiences, grief and loss, life transitions, identity shifts, and other moments that invite reflection, growth, and change.
This work is grounded in the following principles:
Meaning-Making, Not Fixing
Integration is not about forcing insight or finding the "right" lesson. It is a gradual process of exploring what an experience stirred and what you want to carry forward into daily life.
Relationship & Agency
You are the expert on your own experience. Rather than offering answers, I approach this work collaboratively, trusting your capacity to discover what feels meaningful and true for you.
Safety & Choice
This work is guided by safety, informed choice, and respect for personal agency. Together, we consider what support, resources, and pacing feel most aligned for you.
Liberation & Context
Experiences of transformation are shaped by identity, culture, community, and lived experience. This work honors the context that informs healing and meaning-making.
Experiences We Support
Not every transformative experience looks the same. While many people seek support around natural medicine experiences, integration can also help us make sense of grief, spiritual experiences, major life transitions, identity shifts, and other moments that invite change.
Natural Medicine Experiences
Preparation, facilitation, and integration support for individuals engaging with Colorado's regulated natural medicine framework.
Spiritual Emergence
Support for experiences that challenge, expand, or deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships, or the world around you.
Grief & Loss
Space to explore the impact of loss, honor what has changed, and make meaning from experiences of grief and mourning.
Life Transitions
Support for navigating change, uncertainty, and life's major transitions.
Identity & Belonging
Exploration of identity, values, culture, community, and the experiences that shape our sense of self.
Meaning-Making
Support integrating insights, clarifying values, and bringing meaningful change into everyday life.
Every journey unfolds differently.

Working Together
Every experience, person, and journey is unique. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and paced to your readiness. Together, we explore what feels most supportive, whether that involves preparation, processing an experience, exploring meaning, or identifying practical ways to carry insights into everyday life.
Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may include conversation, guided reflection, grounding practices, journaling prompts, values exploration, resource building, or practical planning.
This work is invitational. You are always welcome to slow down, pause, ask questions, or shift direction.
A Note About Scope & Partnership
Shared Ground Integration is distinct from psychotherapy and does not provide mental health diagnosis, treatment, or insurance-based services.
This work focuses on preparation, facilitation, and integration support for transformative experiences, including natural medicine experiences within Colorado's regulated framework.
Preparation and integration services may be offered directly through Shared Ground. Facilitation services are provided in partnership with NeuroAlchemy and in accordance with Colorado regulations.
If therapy or a higher level of care would better meet your needs, referrals and additional resources are discussed openly and with care.
